Brianna has recently taken interest again in her American Girl Dolls. She loves to play with them and dress them up in all kinds of outfits. She also likes to create her own version of clothes. Well we decided to try something more official and actually purchased some patterns and materials. Seeing how she has a very talented Grandma that loves to sew, I figured this was a great project for her to spearhead. Of course Brianna picked out a wedding dress with all of the accessories to boot.
Brianna and Grandma spent a couple of days cutting our their pattern and putting it together. Brianna soon learned that Grandma is very meticulous and takes pride in her sewing. It took much longer that she expected but in the end she was thrilled with the result.
